Clybourn Lofts, Located on the western edge of residential Lincoln Park, was the first development in what has become the Clybourn Corridor. Ther river directly west of the property forms a natural and scenic boundary.

The 140,000 square foot six story converted piano factory was renovated into fifty-seven loft-condominiums and townhouses with parking. The spacious, towering loft townhouses with secluded patios and landscaped courtyards were a model of an integrated loft, townhome and garden complex.

The restoration and renovation of the interior and exterior were completed in 1985.
