Institute Place was the industrial home of Rambler and Nash - bicycle manufacturers at the turn of the centruy. Later Nash Rambler autos were manufactured at this site. This seven story, renovated loft building located in the heart of Chicago's revitalized River North area has 150,000 square feet of retail and office space.
