Located in Lincoln Park, this residential construction project consisted of 49 all masonry townhomes around a central park. The innovative site design allowed for cantilevered sun rooms and pass throughs.

The half acre garden in the center of Larrabee Commons is a tranquil green space lushly planted with lawns and shade trees, flowering shrubs and evergreens, day lillies and hostas.

It provides a secure and peaceful haven, a way to stroll throught the commons, to throw a frisbee on the lawn, or to relax on an english teakwood bench or a sun-warmed limestone slab atop a stone wall.

Employing subtle masonry details and featuring limestone, brick, glass block and copper, these striking townhomes were completed in 1990.
